In the first month, you will undergo foundational training and start applying what you’ve learned under supervision.
From the second to the fourth month, you will work on intermediate tasks and develop your independence, with weekly feedback and guidance from your mentor.
In the final two months, you will handle advanced tasks and work fully independently, participating in strategic sales initiatives and client management.
Leadership & Advocacy Academy doesn’t only develop individual participants. For BESCO, it is a long-term investment in a stronger ecosystem - building capacity where it matters most: within the organizations, institutions, and communities that shape the public environment.
