You can now (re)register your company as a variable capital company.

We thank the Ministry of Electronic Governance and the Registry Agency for fulfilling their commitment ahead of the final deadline set — March 2025. This is the attitude from institutions that business and society expect and appreciate.

The VCC is the biggest reform to the Commerce Act.

It took more than 4 years.

The new company type is a modern instrument that provides:
