GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF TICKETS AND ATTENDANCE AT BESCO HALL OF FAME 2026
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF TICKETS AND ATTENDANCE AT BESCO HALL OF FAME 2026
SECTION I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions (the "GTC") constitute a legally binding agreement between the "Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Association" (BESCO), UIC 177239971, having its registered office and and principal place of business at 117 Hristo Botev Blvd., floor 2, Vazrazhdane District, Sofia 1303 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "BESCO"), and
1. any natural or legal person who places an order and purchases one or more tickets (the "Customer"); and
2. any natural person who uses a purchased ticket and attends the Event (the "Visitor").
Where the Customer purchases a ticket for themselves, they have the capacity of both Customer and Visitor.
(2) The Event will be held on 2 November 2026 at the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, Sofia.
(3) Tickets are sold online through the Plentix electronic ticketing platform, to which the Customer is redirected by means of the "Вземи билет" ("Get ticket") button published on BESCO’s official website: https://www.besco.bg/bg. The Event page on Plentix is an external electronic page and does not form part of the BESCO website. Plentix provides the technical infrastructure for selecting a ticket and a seat, accepting and processing the payment, and issuing and sending the electronic ticket. Plentix acts as an intermediary platform and accepts payment of the ticket price in the name of and on behalf of BESCO. BESCO is the organiser of the Event and the party to the contract granting the right of access to it.
SECTION II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE AND PURCHASE PROCESS
Art. 2. (1) The subject matter of the contract is the granting, against payment, of the right of single access to the "Hall of Fame 2026" event organised by BESCO.
(2) The ticket is issued in electronic format and contains a unique identification code and QR code, by which its validity is verified and access control to the Event is carried out. The ticket confers the right of access to the seat, sector or price category specified on it.
(3) Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a ticket does not require the creation of a user account.
Art. 3. (1) A ticket is purchased in the following sequence:
1. Proceeding to the ticketing platform
The Customer selects the "Get ticket" button on the BESCO website and is then redirected to the Event page on Plentix.
2. Reviewing the Event information
The Customer has the opportunity to review the key information about the Event, including the date, the start time, the venue, the available ticket types and the prices.
3. Selecting a ticket and a seat
3.1. The Customer selects the "Get tickets" button, after which, from among the numbered seats, they select an available seat from the interactive seating plan of the hall, including the relevant sector, row and seat number;
3.2. Seats that are occupied, blocked or temporarily held cannot be selected.
4. Entering data
The Customer enters the data required by the system, which may include:
1. first name and surname;
2. e-mail address;
3. telephone number;
4. name of company or organisation;
5. billing details, where the Customer wishes an invoice to be issued.
The Customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data provided, including for the correct spelling of the e-mail address to which the order confirmation and the electronic ticket will be sent.
5. Reviewing the order
Before proceeding to payment, the Customer is provided with summary information about the order, including the selected ticket, sector, row and seat, where applicable, the quantity, the unit price and the total amount due.
The total amount due is stated before the payment is made and includes the applicable taxes and all mandatory fees charged to the Customer, where applicable.
6. Acceptance of the applicable terms
In order to proceed to payment, the Customer must confirm, by means of two separate, pre-unticked boxes, that they:
(a) have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions of BESCO; and
(b) have read and accept BESCO’s Privacy Policy.
The relevant documents are made available via active hyperlinks before the order is completed.
7. Proceeding to payment and temporary holding of the seat
Upon selection of the "Continue to checkout" button, the selected seat is held temporarily for the period shown by a countdown timer on the payment page.
The temporary hold serves the sole technical purpose of preventing the same seat from being purchased simultaneously by another customer. It does not constitute a final reservation, an issued ticket or a concluded contract.
The Customer must complete the payment before the period shown expires. If the payment is not successfully completed within that period, the temporary hold is released and the seat may be offered for sale again.
8. Selecting a payment method
The Customer selects one of the payment methods active for the Event. Depending on their technical availability, these may be:
• payment by debit or credit card;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay.
Payment is made to the account of Plentix, which receives and processes the amount in the name of and on behalf of BESCO. A payment confirmed as successful by Plentix is deemed to constitute due performance of the Customer’s obligation to pay the ticket price, irrespective of the moment at which the amount collected is transferred to BESCO.
9. Final confirmation and payment
Before payment, the Customer has the opportunity to review once again the selected ticket, the seat and the total amount due.
The order is completed by selecting the "Pay now" button, by which the Customer expressly confirms that the order entails an obligation to pay.
10. Confirmation and receipt of the ticket
Following successful payment, the system displays confirmation of the successful purchase and sends the order confirmation and the electronic ticket to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.
(2) The contract granting the right of access to the Event is deemed concluded at the moment when the payment is confirmed as successful by Plentix. The purchase confirmation and the electronic ticket are sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.
(3) The selection of a seat, the entry of data, the acceptance of the applicable terms, the proceeding to the payment page and the temporary holding of the seat do not in themselves constitute acceptance of the order by BESCO and do not give rise to a right of access to the Event.
(4) In the event of a declined or unsuccessful payment, interruption of the process by the Customer, or expiry of the temporary seat-hold period, no contract is concluded and no ticket is issued. The Customer may start a new order where seats are available.
(5) If the Customer does not receive the electronic ticket within a reasonable time after successful payment, they should first check their spam folder and then contact BESCO, providing the details enabling the order and the payment to be identified.
Art. 4. (1) The electronic ticket may be presented at the entrance to the Event on a mobile device or in paper form, provided that its QR code can be scanned successfully.
(2) Each ticket and the code contained in it are unique and confer the right of single access. Where several copies of one and the same ticket are presented, the right of access belongs to the person whose ticket is scanned first.
(3) The ticket holder is responsible for keeping the ticket safe and must not allow the ticket or the code contained in it to be copied, published, made available or used unlawfully. BESCO is not liable for refusal of access where the ticket has already been used as a result of an act or omission of its holder.
SECTION III. PRICES
Art. 5. (1) All prices are final, are stated in euro and include VAT where applicable.
(2) The Organiser reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time; this does not affect tickets already purchased.
SECTION IV. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Art. 6. (1) Payment is made by the methods specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
(2) All bank card details are processed entirely by the payment operator. The Organiser does not collect, process or store information about card numbers, CVC codes or expiry dates.
(3) The transaction is deemed completed only after confirmation of successful authorisation.
SECTION V. RULES OF CONDUCT
Art. 7. Upon entering the premises of the Event, every Visitor undertakes:
1. to present a valid ticket;
2. to take the seat specified on the ticket;
3. to comply with the instructions of the Organiser, the staff of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, the security personnel and the other persons engaged in the holding and security of the Event;

6. not to smoke, including electronic cigarettes and other similar products, outside the areas expressly designated for that purpose;
7. to consume food and drink only in the areas designated for that purpose and in compliance with the rules of the venue;

11. not to use professional photographic, audio or video recording equipment and not to broadcast the Event live without the Organiser’s prior authorisation, unless expressly announced otherwise;
12. to take care of the property of the Organiser, of the venue and of the other persons present, and to keep the premises of the Event clean.
(2) In order to ensure safety, the Organiser, the security personnel and the authorised representatives of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre may carry out checks of tickets and, in compliance with the applicable legislation, checks of luggage and of items brought onto the premises of the Event. If a Visitor refuses to undergo the applicable check, they may be denied access.
(3) The Organiser is entitled to deny access to or to remove a Visitor who:
1. fails to present a valid ticket;
2. breaches these rules or the applicable rules of the venue and does not cease the breach after being instructed to do so;
3. creates an immediate risk to safety, health, property or the proper conduct of the Event.
In the case of a breach that creates an immediate risk or that by its nature cannot be remedied, the Organiser may deny access to or remove the Visitor without prior warning.
(4) Where the denial of access or the removal is due to the Visitor’s conduct, the price of the ticket is not refunded.
(5) Visitors are also required to comply with the applicable internal rules of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre.
SECTION VI. WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Art. 8. (1) Pursuant to Article 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Articles 50–56 concerning the consumer’s right of withdrawal from a distance contract within the 14-day cooling-off period do not apply to the provision of services related to leisure activities. On the basis of that legal provision, customers have no right to withdraw from tickets purchased for entertainment events, nor to exchange them.
Cancellation of the Event
(2) In the event of the definitive cancellation of the Event, BESCO will notify Customers at the e-mail address provided upon purchase and will publish information through its official communication channels and on the Event page. In that case, the Customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the ticket purchased.
(3) Refunds in the event of cancellation of the Event are made under the following conditions:
1. Initiation of the refund
BESCO initiates the refund. The Customer is not required to submit a separate application, except where this is necessary in order to identify the payment or to resolve a technical problem with the refund.
In such cases, the Customer should contact BESCO at the official e-mail address stated on the website and provide the details necessary to identify the order and the payment.
2. Method of refund
The amount is refunded through Plentix using the payment method used for the original purchase.
Where the payment instrument used, or the account associated with it, has been closed or is inactive, or where a refund to it is technically impossible, the Customer should contact BESCO in order to agree a permissible alternative method of refund. This circumstance does not extinguish the Customer’s right to receive the amount.
3. Time limit
The refund is initiated within 30 working days of the official announcement of the cancellation. The time within which the amount will be credited to the Customer’s account or payment instrument may depend on the relevant payment service provider.
4. Amount to be refunded
The full amount paid by the Customer for the ticket and stated as the final price in the order confirmation is refunded, including all taxes and mandatory fees included in it. Currency conversion fees, bank charges or other costs charged directly to the Customer by their bank or payment service provider and not included in the final ticket price are not refunded.
Change of the date of the Event
(4) Where the Event is not cancelled but is rescheduled to another date, the following rules apply:
1. Validity of the tickets
All tickets purchased remain automatically valid for the new date, with no need for revalidation or any other additional action on the part of their holders.
2. Right to a refund
A Customer who does not wish, or is unable, to use the ticket on the new date may request a refund of the amount paid within 14 calendar days of the notification of the change being sent, unless a longer period is provided for in the notification.
The request is to be sent to BESCO’s official e-mail address and must contain the details necessary to identify the order and the ticket. The refund is made in accordance with paragraph (3) above.
3. Notification
BESCO will notify Customers of the new date at the e-mail address provided upon purchase and will publish the information through its official communication channels and on the Event page.
(5) BESCO is not liable for the costs of transport, accommodation or other services that the Customer or the Visitor has arranged independently in connection with attending the Event.
SECTION VII. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME
Art. 9. (1) The Organiser is entitled to make non-material changes to the programme, to the order and start time of its individual parts, to the hosts, the participants, the persons presenting the awards and other organisational elements, provided that such changes do not materially alter the character of the Event.
(2) Changes under paragraph (1) do not constitute grounds for the return or exchange of the ticket or for a refund of the price paid.
(3) In the event of a change of date or of another material change that objectively affects the possibility of using the ticket, the rules of Article 8 of these General Terms and Conditions apply.
SECTION VIII. PHOTOGRAPHIC, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Art. 10. (1) Photographic, audio and video recording may be carried out during the Event for the purposes of documenting, advertising, providing media coverage of and presenting the Event and the activities of BESCO.
(2) The recorded materials may be published on BESCO’s website and on its social media profiles, in media publications and in materials for the subsequent presentation of the Event, in compliance with the applicable legislation and with the rights of the persons recorded.
(3) The recording of general shots, of the audience and of the atmosphere of the Event is carried out in a manner that is not intended to present any individual Visitor.
SECTION IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Art. 11. (1) The Organiser is not liable for the Customer’s inability to start or to complete the purchase where this is due to a problem with the internet connection, the device, the software, the payment instrument or other circumstances within the Customer’s control.
(2) Technical problems in the operation of Plentix or in the processing of the payment are dealt with in accordance with the applicable terms of the Platform and of the relevant payment service provider. This does not limit the Customer’s rights where the payment has been successfully made or a ticket has been issued.
(3) The Organiser is not liable for lost, forgotten, damaged or stolen personal belongings that have not been expressly handed over to it for safekeeping, except where the damage has been caused through the fault of the Organiser or of a person for whose actions it is responsible.
SECTION X. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 12. (1) BESCO is a personal data controller.
(2) The data are processed in accordance with the GDPR and are used solely for:
1. the sale of tickets;
2. the issuance of financial documents;
3. communication regarding the event.
(3) The procedure and conditions for the processing of personal data by BESCO in connection with the purchase of tickets and attendance at the Event are set out in the Privacy Policy for the BESCO Hall of Fame.
SECTION XI. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Art. 13. (1) All matters not covered herein are governed by the Bulgarian legislation in force.
(2) All disputes are settled through negotiations and, failing agreement, by the competent court in Sofia.
(3) If any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These General Terms and Conditions were approved by the Organiser on 3 September 2026.
